Bill Hu - Director
Dr. Hu is the CFO of Pioneer Financial Company, a real estate finance company based in Artesia with which he has been involved since 1986. He is also the CFO of Re/Max of Cerritos (since 1988) and Re/Max 2000 in Rowland Heights (since 1997). Both companies are involved in real estate sales. Dr. Hu obtained his Ph.D. in Applied Engineering Mechanics from Virginia Technical Institute and State University, Blacksburg, Virginia in 1976 and was a Senior Engineer with Rockwell International Space Division for 20 years. He has been a licensed Professional Engineer in Mechanical Engineering since 1978.

Albert Yu-Ming Huang - Director
Mr. Huang is an Executive Officer and the Managing Principal of a Pasadena-based real estate design and development company (Richmont Development Corporation/Studio R Architects) where he spearheads the design, development and construction of residential, commercial and institutional properties. In addition, Mr. Huang is a Vice President at R&Y Corporation (dba R&Y Construction), where he manages new construction projects with specialization in mixed-use and multi-family residential projects. Mr. Huang currently serves as Councilmember for the City of San Gabriel.

Leo L. Y. Lee - Director
Mr. Lee is the President and CEO of Jetworld Inc., an import/export company based in South El Monte founded in 1991. Mr. Lee has prior bank board experience serving as Vice Chairman and director of the Los Angeles-based American International Bank from 1994 until the sale of the bank to East West Bank in 2000. He served as a member of the bank's Audit, Loan and CRA committees.

Miu Kuen (Fanny) Leung - Director
Ms. Leung is the owner of Canaan Global Enterprise, a wholesale and retail distributor of kitchen-related products founded in January 2004 in the city of Rosemead. Prior to that, from 1996 to 2003, Ms. Leung served as Marketing Director of Kanah International, Inc., a San Gabriel-based company specializing in kitchen-related products including range hoods.

Fei H. Tu - Director
Ms. Tu is a CPA who had her accounting and tax practices in City of Industry and Temple City from 1991 to 1999. She currently serves as the Corporate Vice President and Treasurer of Tierra Management, Inc., a real estate investment and management company which was established in 1995 and based in San Marino. As such, she is in charge of company's investment, management, and tax matters. She is also involved in administering loan document preparation and coordinating with loan departments of various banks such as ABN AMRO and Washington Mutual bank.

Jan-Jan Wu - Director
Ms. Wu is a CPA and the owner of her own accounting practice based in South Pasadena. Her experience includes a Senior Audit staff position with Deloitte and Touche, and Transamerica Corporation (Aegon), and she served as a Data Security Administrator for Washington Mutual. Ms. Wu has been actively involved in the hospitality industry as an owner and consultant for the past 15 years. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Wu is a graduate of National Taiwan University and obtained her Master of Accounting from the University of Southern California in 1981.

Thomas Hao-Hsien Wu - Director
Dr. Wu is a dentist and has been operating his private practice in San Gabriel since 1995, specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. He was the President of the Chinese-American Dental Society of Southern California in 2006 and currently acts as an advisor to the Board. He has also served as the Vice President (2005), Treasurer (2002), General Manager (2000) and a member of the Board (1997 to 1999) of the Chinese-American Dental Society.

Johnson (Jeongho) Yang - Director
Mr. Yang is the owner and Managing Principal of Meiloon Holding, LLC, a La Verne-based real estate investment, development and management company. Mr. Yang is also the founder, owner and President/CEO of Micro World Corporation, a La Verne based international sport optics company, founded in 1993. In addition to his business experience, Mr. Yang also has 10 years of bank directorship experience. From 1993 to 2002, he served as director of First Continental Bank, based in Rosemead, and acted as Chairman of the Investment and Asset/Liability Management Committee.

Kuoliang Joe Huang - Chairman, President/CEO
Dr. Huang serves as the Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of the bank. Dr. Huang has over 22 years of banking experience, including serving as President and CEO of two San Gabriel Valley banks (one a de novo) and an Atlanta, Georgia based bank. Dr. Huang also served as Executive Vice President of Strategic Programs and Executive Vice President/Group Head of Branch Banking for Far East National Bank. Dr. Huang obtained his Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 1982.

Gi-Yu Lin - Executive Vice President/CFO
Dr. Lin is a seasoned banking professional with over 20 years of banking experience, including eight years as CFO of Alhambra-based Omni Bank. Dr. Lin has in-depth hands-on experience in overall banking operations, treasury, finance, management information systems, compliance, information technology, human resources and mortgage banking. Ms. Lin obtained her Ph.D. and her M.A. in Economics from University of Illinois at Chicago in 1983 and 1981, respectively.

Julian Liu - Executive Vice President/CCO
Mr. Liu has over 20 years of banking experience including serving as Chief Credit Officer of First Commercial Bank (USA). Mr. Liu served as Chief Operating Officer of Fubon USA Inc., a subsidiary of Fubon Financial Holding Company. He joined the U.S. holding company in January 2005 to prepare for the establishment of U.S. broker/dealer, asset management and commercial banking activities. Mr. Liu served as Chief Credit Officer of First Commercial Bank (USA) in Alhambra from 2001 to 2004. Mr. Liu obtained his MBA in Finance from University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1982.
